This page contains the terms & conditions for shopping at EASY FLORA. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering a pot from us. You should understand that by ordering any of our pots, you agree with these terms & conditions.

By accepting these conditions, you agree to the above:

1. PRICING AND PAYMENT

We make every effort to ensure that the pricing displayed on our website is correct. However, we reserve the right to change all product pricing without notice.
All products remain EASY FLORA’s property until a full payment is made. The price applicable is the one set on the date which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.
Full payment of Easy Flora is due prior to delivery. We accept the following forms of payment:
MBWay
PayPal
Bank Transfer
All transfers conducted through EASY FLORA are handled and transacted through third-party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions of the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

2. HANDLING & DELIVERY

Once your order has been processed you will receive a tracking number and details via email. The average transit times and the cost depends of the destination. We are based in Portugal (Europe), so please note that the customer is responsible for payment of any extra duties, customs, import charges or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery. No charges or customs will be applied to orders delivered to countries within the European Union.
We can delivery in Lisbon in hand and this way you can avoid pay shipping costs.

3. REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you choose to refuse your order, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package and also the cost of returning the package to our portuguese address. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

4. CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS

We endeavor to respond to all customer complaints or queries within five working days.

5. FORCE MAJEURE

Events outside EASY FLORA’s control, which are not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force major, meaning that EASY FLORA is released from EASY FLORA ‘s obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. An example of such events is government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

6. RETURNS

We don’t accept returns but we can change the color of the pot if you want it.

7. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

EASY FLORA reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. In the event that a product is sold out, EASY FLORA has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way.
